We take pride in being a locally owned and operated family business! Our journey began with years of hands-on experience repairing appliances in-house for our appliance store. Eventually, we decided to formalize our expertise and open our shop to serve the community.

 

We’re members of the Professional Service Association, and  the Service Leaders Network which provides us with access to exclusive training and support. This allows us to stay up-to-date on all the latest appliance technology from leading brands. We attend weekly training and yearly conferences in order to keep our skills fresh and provide you with the highest level of expertise.

All of our technicians are formally trained! At Fix-It Pros, we take pride in the expertise of our technicians. All our technicians are graduates of Fred's Appliance Academy, a recognized institution in appliance repair education. Before they are entrusted with servicing any appliances, our team undergoes an intensive 5-week training program. This comprehensive training ensures that our technicians can repair your appliance quickly and efficiently.
